Babysitting Service
Hand in Hand Childcare have a large number of qualified staff who are available
for evening and weekend babysitting. All staff have been registered with Hand in
Hand Childcare and have had their references and qualifications verified. All staff
must have a current CRB.
When you book one of our babysitters we will endeavour to provide someone who lives
as close to you as possible. All staff have their own transport.
If you are interested in booking a babysitter please complete the online booking form.
Once we have received your details we will contact staff and make arrangements for
the cover. One of our consultants will contact you to check the booking details
either via text, email or phone.
Our babysitters are not permitted to give out personal telephone numbers, so please
don’t ask.
Booking fee
We charge a standard £12 booking fee for each home based babysitting placement. This should
be sent to the address below along with the completed booking form and signed terms
of business, if not previously received.
PayPal is our preferred payment option for babysitting bookings. Please click here to request further information.
Please make all cheques payable to ( Hand in Hand Childcare ). If possible we ask
that you provide us with at least 48hrs notice to make arrangements for babysitting
services. Although we will always try our best to find a suitable person.

Babysitting rates
The hourly rate for a home based babysitter is £9.00. This should be paid direct to each babysitter at the end of the evening. Please note all bookings are for a minimum of 4 hours)
This rate does not apply for Christmas eve, Christmas day, new year’s eve and new
year’s day. Please ask one of our consultants who will be more than happy to discuss
your requirements.
Cancellations
If you find that your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. If it
is less than 24hrs before the date, the booking charge will still apply plus the
minimum charge of 4 hours (£32.00).
Our office is open from 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday – Friday. If you wish to make cancellations
out of office hours please leave a message or send an email.
